#1. Cisco releases 100 Gbps CMOS-based Transceivers:  Cisco CPAK is the new 100 Gbps CMOS-based transceiver released by Cisco for their 15454 MSTP 100G coherent transponder. This could be useful to reduce the number of network connections required at the Internet backbone level. Read more…
